Julie is the Chair Person for the Committee of NAG’s, she is the Boss! she is the main point of contact for anything Northbourne! and is also the middle-woman between us as a committee and James Butcher Housing Association & Southern Housing Group. Julie and Claire work very closely together, and you will always find them sat at the table with a constant flow of coffee on a Friday morning going through paperwork and brainstorming! (we tend not to interrupt them during this confusing process!)

Claire is the NAG’s Secretary, and spends a lot of her time supporting the community of Northbourne, thinking up new ideas and working towards new projects, and is always happy to hear some suggestions!

Amber Lowen

Eco Director

Amber is our Eco-Warrior, she is responsible for ensuring all the residents are doing their best to be Green, Amber regulary attends Panel meetings with various representives of JBHA, and other estates, these meetings are used to think of new ideas and way we can help the enviroment aswell as saving money. If you have any ideas that you think may help us, Amber is the person to talk to.

I joined Surrey Police in September 2000, and I have spent my time based at Guildford where I worked for 5 Years on the Targeted Patrol Team, and I have spent the Last 4 years working in the Crime Management Unit.

I was raised in the Waverley area attending the local schools and I completed my A Levels at Godalming college. I then moved onto Guildford college and after that started work at a supermarket in Guildford.

I look forward to working in the Farncombe, Binscombe and Charterhouse area and hope that I will get to know as many of you as possible. Please If you would like to discuss anything or even just say hello please feel free to do so when you see me.

Felicity Langley

PCSO

I am delighted to introduce myself as the new PCSO for Farncombe, Binscombe and Charterhouse.

I will be working alongside PC Barry Baldwin and PCSO Mike Barker and my aim is to work closely with local residents, businesses and local partners in the borough to tackle local neighbourhood problems. I aim to provide a high visibility presence in the area, helping to reduce crime and the fear of crime and to tackle anti-social behaviour.

I am keen to get to know the residents of my area so when you see me out on patrol please feel free to raise any concerns that you may have or simply just stop and say hello!

I Joined Surrey Police as a PCSO in November 2006 ad started work in Farncombe in Febuary 2009. Prior to this I have been working as a PCSO in the Waverley Area. Prior to Surrey police i have worked in Aviation and as Countryside Warden spending nine months working for the National park Service in America. I enjoy meeting and working with different people within the Community so if you see me out and about do stop and say hello
